General Questions : Bold, italics, links, etc in mini-reviews

I've seen a few reviews that include these things as well as images on occasion. Regular tags don't work so how do people do it?

I think there was a period of time where these things worked, but some people abused them so the ability was removed. What I really want back is the ability to put links and line breaks in Collection descriptions.
