The following actors (and actress) have seemed to appear on my "Filmmaker List" without my knowledge: Cloris Leachman, Stephen Root, and John Saxon.

Michael Cera
Kat Dennings
Bradley Cooper
Kevin Costner
Clark Gregg
Ellen Paige
Peter Dinklage
Guy Pearce
Mark Ruffalo

I will admit Guy Pearce is a great actor. I just think he's a little type cast in uncharismatic roles. Think about his movies like Memento, and L.A. Confidential. Usually characters who are a little more emotionally devoid.

If you were to go back and actually look at performances from Cloris Leachman and Stephen Root then I doubt there is any way you could say they are uncharismatic or forgettable. I will admit though that both have had better performances on tv. Leachman was the Grandma on Malcolm in the Middle and Phyllis Lindstrom on the Mary Tyler Moore Show. Stephen Root was Jimmy James on NewsRadio and Bill Dauterive on King of the Hill.

I will agree with Dennings, Cooper, and Ellen Paige. I'm undecided about most of the others, but Peter Dinklage?! The guy is a fantastic, unforgettable actor. I have only seen him in Sidney Lumet's "Find Me Guilty", but he was absolutely superb in that.

Dinklage is terrific in The Station Agent, too.

I absolutely hated The Station Agent. The only thing remotely memorable about Dinklage is his height.

Like many people who liked the books I'm probably biased, but I definitely feel Dinklage has done a fantastic job in HBO's Game of Thrones and deserved his Emmy for best supporting actor. He definitely nailed a lot of what made the character captivating in the books.

Fair enough. I've only seen a handful of his performances. Maybe I'm just not watching his good ones.

Dinklage is totally the best thing about the Game of Thrones series. That's high praise because the show is fantastic.

Yeah, him and Sean Bean IMO. Too bad Sean Bean had to die. Again.
