Rear Window is a good, classic suspense/thriller film.

a non-homo movie club.

What does this mean?

Anyway Fight Club seems like the obvious suggestion.

I would say Blue Velvet and American Psycho. Both are well made, entertaining, and a little disturbing.

However you do see Christian Bale's ass in American Psycho so it may be a little homo.

A movie club sounds like an excellent idea. A couple of ideas:

Most things by Hitchcock (especially Psycho, Rear Window, or Strangers on a Train)
Se7en
A Clockwork Orange
The Exorcist
Taxi Driver
Pulp Fiction
Apocalypse Now
The Dark Knight
Alien
Night of the Living Dead

I don't know if it's considered a classic (only being released in 2001) or that disturbing (though it definitely has a certain fu*keduppedness to it) but Memento should be required viewing for any movie club. Just make sure I don't get any calls from angry parents for recommending this one. ;)

If you want disturbing try:
Salo
Johnny Got His Gun
The Devils
Men Behind the Sun
Cannibal Holocaust
Irreversible
Sweet Movie
Visitor Q

That's too bad, gay sex and a movie sounds like a great evening.

The Dark Knight is not a horror or a thriller. It's exciting and Ledger does a good job of being a psychopath, but it is just a superhero movie and is most definitely not disturbing.

I recommend checking out Carrie (1976) as well as Cronenberg's The Dead Zone and The Fly.
