Looking for a particular version of a song used in a movie

There's some movie that has a version of Leaving on a Jet Plane that I'm trying to find. I think the version is vocal only and I'm pretty sure it plays during the credits or is sung by characters within the movie. Does any one know what movie this is?

Don't remember it but the googles say Sinatra did it in the rock: imdb and YT?

My first thought was 'Final Destination' (2000) but that turned out to be John Denver's Rocky Mountain High even though with the subject matter 'leaving on a jet plane' would seemed to have been more appropriate.

I haven't seen it, but a google search says 'Catch Me if You Can' is the only other film that used Jetplane that hasn't been already mentioned here ... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Denver_filmography but that probably excludes credit music.
