I just found that one, too, before I read your latest post with the answer! The funny thing is, I used to work as a an agent's assistant and George Saunders (the writer/director of "Making Waves") was one of our clients; I knew him very well back then!

4. German cheap scifi/fantasy probably from 90s, about some small humanoid-shaped creatures. I remember also some airfights between spaceships.

That lefts me with only 3 unrecognized childhood/early teens film memories, 2 of them are most probably "The 'Burbs" and "Un marinaio e mezzo" (still have to watch them), but the last one - I have absolutely no clue. And this one might be the hardest since I've never seen the whole film, just the beginning, but it was stuck in my head:
- film started with a pair having sex in a room and cutting themselves with razor blades
- saw it around 2000-2001, the film was probably from 90s or late 80s.
- I guess it was a thriller, probably American, rather low budget.
