Help me name that movie : please help me

OK here is the Deal Many Many Years ago i Saw a movie and for the life of me can not recall the name of the film its been bugging me for the last couple 4-5 years its bad i know. And don't remember to much info. From what i can remember is the two backyard/junkyard adult babies (very dirty in diapers) the house had a Trolley car / roller coaster thought the house and barn and the dinner scene with the train with the food going around the table and they were there are eating hot dogs and the owner of the house makes his food and takes a bite and just makes a huge nasty mess. If i remember right he is a judge and his family help a couple of people when there car breaks near there house and they go to use the phone.
