HELP ME WITH A MOVIE PLEASE

Hi,

I used to watch this movie when I was a kid about a dysfunctional woman who has panic attacks and, while having these attacks, she believes she is a horse. The other main character is a guy who breeds horses and he has an assistant who I think is called Margot or Margarete. It could be an Australian movie, is probably from the early to late 90s and may be a TV only movie as I don't recall seeing it anywhere but on TV.
