I pretty sure that the first screen capture comes from "Valmont" (1989). The second one is a little too vague for me and I could guess several films to go with it...so I'm going to go with "Valmont" (1989).

Both DL and Valmont share the same source material, the French book Les 'Liaisons Dangereuses' (although DL is based on a play that was based on the book) so you can see how close rklenseth was with Valmont so he gets a big assist here.
