Just something I've noticed: since, outside of a core group of loyal Criticker users who recognize what a gift this site is, most members seem to be inactive, some movies - and most new releases - have no TCI estimated score for me. Would it be possible for films with no TCI score to be replaced with the total user average until ten TCIs have ranked the film.

Yeah, the problem with stale TCIs is one we're aware of. We're looking at a way to make sure that new films always display a PSI, and what best to do when that number is unavailable. Average Tier is one of the things we're looking at showing.
