Has Anton Yelchin not been mentioned yet? He and Worthington were what made Terminator Salvation watchable, and he's been great in other things as well.. Seeing as he's got relatively major roles in two rather major franchise reboots this year alone certainly we'll see more of him.

He certainly go my attention as Charlie Prince, but I don't think he's on the brink of superstardom.

Robert Pattinson is going to be huge even though he's poor in Twilight. Having said that I;ve read the script for Unbound Captives which he's filming with Jackman at the end of the year and his role in that is a good one. A bit of a scene stealer as a white indian. He's also filming Remember Me (his next film) and again that has a good script with a twist. He's also lined up to star as Georges Duroy i Bel Ami with Declan Donnelan directing. The script has been rated highly so he seems to be able to pick scripts well. The jury is out on whether he can deliver though.

I wouldnt mind his money.

Andrew Garfield is another actor who may do well. He's done some good work in the UK but his next film is with Carey Mulligan and Kiera Knightly called Never Let me Go scripted by Alex Garland (based on Kazuo Ishiguro's novel).

I can also see Carey Mulligan doing well long term. She's amazing in 'An Education' (with Peter Sarsgaard).

I just saw the Hangover. It was balls to walls and walls to the balls hilarious. Zach Galifianakis is the movie.

I think Chase Crawford will be huge with the remake of "Footloose," not that he deserves it. I agree with others who have mentioned the two Zachs. Rob Pattinson is already a heartthrob but his next non-"Twilight" movies will cement his status as a movie star.

As for women, Amy Adams has been nominated for two Oscars and has been the female lead in one romantic comedy ('Enchanted"). her film with Meryl Streep will make her a household name and may win her an Oscar. Anne Hathaway falls into the same category - she is about to go huge when she plays Judy Garland next year (film? Broadway? not sure which).
Kristen Stewart is intriguing but I think former child stars like Anna Paquin and Dakota Fanning will have the most potential to be huge stars in the long run.
