Well I'm pretty sure that's Bob Hope and Martha Raye, if you didn't already know that. So it could be one of four: The Big Broadcast of 1938, College Swing, Never Say Die, or Give Me a Sailor. I've seen the first two and don't think it's either of them.

When searched on Google the picture came up under the lemondrop kid aswell as college swing. Thank you.
