all for "Fear dot com":

TripleSH:
I liked this movie plot better the first time, when it was called "The Ring/Ringu" and didn't suck.

Ytadel:
Scary less for the narrative and more for the fact that people actually made this, it's not so much a movie as loud, unpleasant, expertly calculated attack against happiness. It would put me to sleep if it didn't give me a huge migraine. Truly, truly awful.

chemtrails:
An incomprehensible cinematic crime.

ikeboywonder:
if you have nothing to do on a saturday afternoon spend it staying away from this movie

brando814:

I wasn't referring to you in my previous post. Or, at least I think that's what you're talking about. I looked back four or five pages - but didn't see - if someone posted a review of yours, so I'm guessing that is what you're talking about.

Call me boring but my favorite reviewers are the number 1 and 2 rated reviewers on the site. :D As for my own , they are rarely helpful, and usually smart (or dumb) assed one liners.

tomelce's reviews are always impressive, even though I only ever understand about 50% of the words he uses.

Blue Velvet
tomelce wrote:David Lynch offsets the idyllic appearance of his multi-faceted miniature world with perverse, twisted, nightmarish happenings throughout his masterful Blue Velvet, revealing to audience and Kyle MacLachlan a seedy underbelly of so much infectious deprivation, vicious criminality and utter bizarreness. Told through fits of beautifully evocative imagery, sensational acting performance and stealthy narrative erection, his breathtakingly capricious picture becomes one of the best films of the '80s.

stealthy narrative erection

I was quite pleased with that one, if I do say so myself.

I loved TheDenizen's inspirational review of Dear God No!;

"Part filthy biker movie, part exploitation sleaze, part Bigfoot gorefest, this flick feels like it just crawled out of a scuzzy strip club in 1976. Shot on 16mm film stock, it's one of the nastiest, funniest and most authentic looking neo-Grindhouse flicks I've seen. You know you're watching something special when grungy bikers are casually kicking the naked corpses of nuns into the bushes before the opening credits."

After reading that, I had to go watch it.
