This must have been released within the last two years. Basically all I remember is a few men in an office who aren't very happy with their job find a way to steal an unnoticeable amount of money. And thats it... It was american (or at least in english) but I can't remember anything else about it.

No, sorry, it isn't a comedy it's like a drama sort of thing. They steal unnoticeable amounts of money through a payment system I think, like they manage to get 0.001% of all money that goes through paypal or something.

Are you maybe conflating the plot of Office Space with 2004's Primer? They both feature disgruntled office monkeys that want to get rich quick by using less-than-ethical means, but there's no embezzlement in Primer that I can recall.
