Help me name that movie : Zombie movie set in Quebec city

Okay, so this movie starts with a man and a woman shooting at really cheaply made monsters in the snow. Then it turns out to be all virtual and in the real world, that woman and three or four others plan a real hunting trip in the woods. Also, there's some military camp nearby where some pink fluid leaked and then zombies start appearing. It's very low budget and looks awful but I need to rate it

I'm not 100% but it sounds a little bit like 'Fido' Might be worth having a look to see if it is
