Help me name that movie : Need some help again

So, I've been on quite the nostalgia-trip lately. To that effect I began to remember an animated film I saw about a thousand times as a kid. Unfortunately I don't remember much from it, apart from the following:

It was animated. It might not have been very long.. I really can't say. I'd guess over 30 minutes though..
It was about some birds. It might have been about birds in love..
It was the SADDEST FILM I HAVE EVER SEEN. Some bird(s) died and it was horribly, horribly sad. Awful. (note: it might not have been that sad, but.. i was a kid. i remember it that way anyway. )
I think it was made in the early 90s, if not then maybe 80s. I might be completely wrong though.. EDIT: After further thought.. I'm thinking 80s. Though I'm still not sure.
I remember the birds sitting on electric wires some..

I know it's not much to go on, and my expectations aren't very high. However, any help is appreciated. Thanks.

hey yoshiking I know a Pixar short movie where 2 Birds sitting on an electric wire. but I think it´s 6 or 7 years old so I guess it´s not the one you are searching
Is it drawn in Japanese style ??

It's definitely not that one. It's not a CGI film, it's an older animation film than that and it's a more classic drawn animation thing. Altso I'm pretty sure it's longer than that one is.

Oh, and it's a western film, not Japanese, I'm pretty sure of that.

It's about a flock of migrating goose and a finger sized kid under a curse. But it's a tv series, since I had a similar effect in childhood, thought this might be what you're looking for.

That's a better suggestion, and it might've been what I was looking for indeed seeing as it was Swedish, so it's likely that I saw it at some point. However, that doesn't look like it.. As far as I remember there were no humans involved directly in the plot. It was a bunch of regular birds in a big city and I think either a bird died because of the reckless pollution and carelessness of the humans or the entire bird population was threatened. It's hard to recall the plot.. Dunno. Pretty sure it's not that though. Thanks for the help anyway.
