Mini-Review: Sequel fever strikes again. Overrated drivel.
Mini-Review: It's nice to add a little backstory to a film, but there's a limit of time in the film which should be dedicated to that, and there's just too much here. Less laughs, less imaginative action sequences and, again, this sequel wasn't necessarily needed.
Mini-Review: Stretched the franchise a movie too far with At World's End, so my expectations for this weren't high at all, and I was right. A lot of the performances have been dulled down, 3D is absolutely useless, a lot of key cast members are unaccounted, action sequences rather disappointing and any speck of hope I had with the plot developments were quickly shattered. All in all, a disaster.
