Mini-Review: For how much money was put into this movie, it was truly awful. The plot was feasible until all the "all part of the same tree" crap came out (Orson Scott Card anybody?), the acting was hilarious at best, the message was at best simple (how many times must we know not to screw over other cultures?), and the pe-conceptions of what aliens are (humanoids that act like humans) seem relatively naive. All and all, 55 of points this movie deserved came solely from it's special effects.
