Bio: I am a writer working on publishing my work and, like many people, I enjoy watching movies of different styles. Wether they be old or new, reality or fiction. If it catches my eye, I watch...which is probably I get stuck watching the most interesting movies.
Recent Rankings
0 The Da Vinci Code (2006) - Aug 06, 2009
Mini-Review: I will not even go into detail about how in-accurate and hoorribel this movie was. As me being a Catholic, this movie was horrid and I will never watch such a thing as long as I breath.
99 Singin' in the Rain (1952) - Aug 06, 2009
Mini-Review: A great movie, with marvelous dancing and singing. Gene Kelly was the best dancer of his time, and this was his best. And in her first feature film, Debbie Reynolds was magnificent...especially so since she had never tap danced in her life, and yet she learned an entire routine for the movie. Very impresive by any standard if you ask me.
98 Van Helsing (2004) - Aug 06, 2009
Mini-Review: An awesome movie, that everyone should see! Hugh Jackman was at his best in this movie, portraying the monster hunter, Van Helsing. I would have rated this a movie a perfexct 100, if it wasn't for the fact that Kate Beckinsales character died in the end of the film, which just seemed wrong.
100 Angels in the Outfield (1994) - Aug 06, 2009
Mini-Review: Who could forget this movie. With such a wonderful cast, and the plot could speak to all of us. And with how just the help of an angel, all things can become right again.
96 Mortal Kombat (1995) - Aug 06, 2009
65 Elf (2003) - Aug 06, 2009
75 Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (2004) - Aug 06, 2009
Mini-Review: The third installement, and it was a far cry ftrom the first to films that struck it home with the great scenery and the storyline that stuck well to the book. This film proved (at least to me) how bad it is to have different directors with each film...like you had in this one were Hagrids changed from being right beside Hogwarts to across a bridge and down a steep hill, which made no sense what so ever. And the first movie without the original Dumbledore didn not help either.
98 Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (2002) - Aug 06, 2009
Mini-Review: The second in the Harry Potter series, and another movie that was a great as the book.
99 The Sixth Sense (1999) - Aug 06, 2009
Mini-Review: Hayley Joel Osment caught our attention in this intense film of a boy who is tormented by people who have past on. And with the help of Bruce Willis' character, he finds that he can help some spirits, and that not all of them are out to kill him. And the ending is something that none of us could have forseen. A great movie from beginning to end.
100 The Wizard of Oz (1939) - Aug 06, 2009
Mini-Review: We all remember the music and tale of this story, and the musicals that have been created as a result of the highly acclaimed movie. Musicals such as Wicked and Michael Jacksons not so great musical, The Oz. The Wizard of Oz is a great movie with a wonderful cast. Judy Garland was such a talented person and was perfect for the roll of Dorothy.
