Mini-Review: The failure to establish the setting was maddening. I couldn't tell if this was set before, during or after the series. Was it adapted from the comic? A stand alone entity? After half the flick you'll have it figured out, but the new characters are DULL, the plot is NONEXISTENT and the animation quality was on par with a highly produced episode. What a letdown. Kudos on the voice acting, at least.
