80 The World's Fastest Indian (2005) - Apr 18, 2011
Mini-Review: An inspiring story of a man who wills himself through adversity to achieve a lifelong dream of setting the world land speed record. Burt Munro, played to perfection by Anthony Hopkins, accomplishes this task despite his deteriorating health conditions, the cultural shock of traveling to a foreign nation, and struggling to have his racer admitted into the competition because his vehicle is considered substandard and dangerous. A fantastic film. See it.
45 The Adjustment Bureau (2011) - Apr 18, 2011
Mini-Review: The Adjustment Bureau was a grave disappointment. It features an uninspiring love story with Christian themes intertwined, dreadful dialog, and a host of silly rules for traveling in and out of dimensions. At it's core is the overused theme that love conquers all and that people are capable of shaping their own destiny. Skip it.
35 Your Highness (2011) - Apr 18, 2011
Mini-Review: With one sexual innuendo after another and sci-fi/fantasy references many films have beaten time and time again, Your Highness was undoubtedly targeted at an audience of horny nerds. Unless your into low brow films with a crude sense of humor, I suggest skipping this one.
70 127 Hours (2010) - Apr 18, 2011
Mini-Review: 127 Hours is a character study of a man who is tested by the elements, time, and a boulder crushing his arm. We watch as a man descends into virtual insanity as his life becomes increasingly compromised the longer he lasts without human contact and vital resources necessary for survival. It's worth watching at least once.
