77 Rundskop (2011) - Feb 10, 2012
Mini-Review: I thought it was very well made and well acted, but it seemed to lack a certain clarity and focus at times.
67 The Iron Lady (2011) - Feb 05, 2012
Mini-Review: It wasn't overly meaningful, but a fantastic performance by Meryl Streep. I thought it was enjoyable because it wasn't overly political or about Thatcher's career, instead it was about a powerful woman and a reflection of her life. That said, there were no major enlightenments that really wow'd me with this film.
62 Griff the Invisible (2010) - Feb 04, 2012
Mini-Review: Essentially, the Australian version of 'Super' or 'Defendor'....not as good as those two, but harmless and quirky. Ultimately, enjoyable as long as you don't expect too much.
68 Bellflower (2011) - Feb 04, 2012
73 13 Assassins (2011) - Feb 03, 2012
46 I Melt with You (2011) - Feb 01, 2012
21 War Horse (2011) - Jan 31, 2012
Mini-Review: What is this shit? he premise of telling the story of WW1 through the lens of an unbiased spectator (the horse) is interesting. However, Spielberg instead told a BS fairy-tale manipulated version of the war. I don't understand what the purpose of this film was. The narrative was utter garbage.
64 Super 8 (2011) - Jan 29, 2012
80 Take Shelter (2011) - Jan 29, 2012
Mini-Review: Unfortunately suffers from being a bit too long, but quite well acted and sets the mood very well.
68 Perfect Sense (2011) - Jan 29, 2012
Mini-Review: Entertaining and interesting, but does seem to move around without rhyme or reason sometimes.
