Mini-Review: The plot of Avatar is a simple yet effective method for telling a story. James Cameron set out to create a new world, and he did it quite well. The narrative behind it is one we can all be familiar with, so it is easier to be put in that world and sympathize with the characters which makes them more believable. It will be a long time where movies like Avatar will be cost effective but it was an excellent look into the future of cinema.

Mini-Review: Tarantino has really grown into himself since he started writing Inglourious Basterds. Out of all of his movies this one seemed to have the most engaging dialogue with out his odd campy way of everyone sounding the same. I think he has finally hit his sweet spot with the dialogue. One ambiguous scene stands out in my mind that can be argued about by film nerds to the same extent as to what was in the briefcase in Pulp Fiction. All over a simple glass of milk. Amazing
