Mini-Review: Jaw-dropping movie of extremes, plays with your mind, grosses you out, keeps you wide-eyed. On top of that, well-made, crafty, skillful, thoughtful. Satisfyingly complex ending.

Mini-Review: This movie is about Phi, not Pi. I couldn't get over that. A lot of hype about nothing. Grating soundtrack: overuse of Aphex Twin. Unconvincing drama, a self-indulgent piece of crap that wastes all the potential of exploring what Phi can do.

Mini-Review: One of his better films, keeps the premise hovering exactly where you want it: just out of reach. The ending fails, though, and the text epilogue is unbearably stupid. One of those movies you should stop watching 2min before it ends.

Mini-Review: Not as good as the first. More predictable and less subtle humor. Fewer gags. Still entertaining and has heart, though.
