9 Hobo with a Shotgun (2011) - May 16, 2011
Mini-Review: I did not quite know what to expect from this movie - apart from the title , which after having seen the movie : summarizes it quite well . - yet I was amused within minutes after starting it . The story itself is a rather funny one ( according to me ) and even though it's a movie the belongs in the B-genre , it's the kind of movie I enjoy watching . Funny dialogues , lots of -gruesome- yet funny action . So if the title appeals to you : go watch it :).

Mini-Review: Truly a mindblowing movie . The acting truly fits the movie , and when I say this, I ofcourse mean the fine skills of Freddy Rodríguez , Josh Brolin and Rose McGowan . In addition Bruce Willis and Naveen Andrews ( Lost ) also make their appearence in this movie and this does not go unnoticed . An absurd story , absurd characters and absurd situations ; well in my book that makes a darn good movie . Over-the-top action , laughter and zombies are guaranteed . Go watch it :)
10 Equilibrium (2002) - May 15, 2011
Mini-Review: I seriously had no idea what this movie was about when rented it but boy was I amazed . Sean Bean and Christian Bale are ofcourse great actors , but in this movie Bale exceeds all my expections . Not only does this movie has action that will make you speechless , the story itself intrigues me . The movie can make you laugh and cry at the same time . Brilliant action scenes , a good story and great acting : Equilibrium .
