Mini-Review: I thought Reynolds was pretty good as ace test pilot Hal Jordan. I thought they did a great job of tying up all the Lantern mythology early on. I thought they laid a path for an interesting sequel. Not a lot wrong with this movie except critics bashing it before and after they saw it.

Mini-Review: Pretty amazing, but the rhythm between battles and backstory could have been a little better. It seemed like there were literally 35 minutes at a time of slow-moving plot development. That being said, great acting and some funny moments. Well done, Marvel.
