Mini-Review: Much worse than I remembered. The movie peaks at the beginning bathhouse scene where Ahnold fucks up some other nude Russians. Then, the film just bumbles along in a generic buddy cop style with ZERO one-liners to make the ride worth it. Surprisingly DULL.
