Mini-Review: Uhh, I got bored.
Mini-Review: This movie really frustrated me. The performances were very strong, but I just felt that the story was too contrived and didn't play for the truth, people don't really act that way in my experience.
Mini-Review: I enjoyed the tension of the "work within the system" boss (Sutherland) and his determined detective subordinate. Since a serial killer could not exist in Soviet Russia, the police were definitely hamstrung in what they could do to find the killer.
Mini-Review: I suppose this was enjoyable enough. Sandra Bullock in her usual role and the in-law couple were very cute. Way too predictable, but much better than a stick in the eye.
Mini-Review: I can't really say why (except maybe I just didn't care what happened to these two idiots) but this film annoyed me to no end and I barely trudged to the end.
Mini-Review: How could someone possibly have been so courageous? In a way this movie also illustrates what a curse it is to have an open mind.
