Mini-Review: Just as tacky as "The Human Tornado", but with less nudity from the man himself. while not always successful, Rudy does try to do more with the script than the last flick and still all the things Human Tornado had going for it. I of course have it on DVD. (RIP Rudy, you da MAN!)
