Mini-Review: The performances were good, but there was no storyline. It seems as though Fame was a movie that was full of extras, only to zoom in and pay attention to a handful of them.
Mini-Review: Do not watch this movie if you have read the book. That's all I have to say.
Mini-Review: First off, there was hardly any action in this "action movie." Next, there was such little plot in this movie it seemed like the director handed them a rough outline of what the idea was for the movie and said "ad-lib the rest and we'll throw in some sparkly stuff in post-production." Speaking of sparkly stuff, the special effects were horrid. By the way, can anyone tell me how it is that Nick couldn't roll a die with his powers but in the ending sequence he had perfect control of them?
Mini-Review: Is it just me or should there be no more Milky Way galaxy since that whole vat of "Red Matter" was unleashed and one little drop enveloped a planet?
Outside of that I really enjoyed the movie. Really good acting and I appreciate how they followed the story as closely as they could.
Mini-Review: OK storyline. Not much for development, mostly just enough to keep the movie going. I liked the fact that they made it realistic enough so the henchmen didn't get up and keep coming after three shots to the chest.
Mini-Review: It was alright as a stand-alone movie, but it didn't have many Bond components to tie itself with the rest of the series.
Mini-Review: I'm pretty sure it's safe to say that this is the best Batman movie ever. It's also turning out to be the best movie of the summer, being the top movie for three weekends and counting.
