Mini-Review: It'll help you pass the time, is what it'll do
Mini-Review: my favourite tarantino film, and i feel that it's awesomeness was somewhat undone by volume 2. but every scene of volume 1 reeks of awesomeness.
Mini-Review: the definitive prison movie. to be watched again and again. the opera music scene is particularly moving.
Mini-Review: it's quite a funny movie in the beginning - but i got put off by the formulaic ending as a tiger brings the doctor and his wife together.....heartwarming moments in a comedy i can do without
Mini-Review: how do you make zombies even more awesome? make them into nazi zombies! i don't know what came over the director, because midway through it shifts from horror to comedy, but it still makes for a fun watch. pays extensive homage to zombie classics like "the evil dead".
Mini-Review: "oh jesus, how can i maim thee? let me count the ways...." a film wholly composed of scenes of gratuitous violence - there is nothing to recommend about this tripe
Mini-Review: i didn't like it as a kid because it didn't have a happy ending. subsequent viewings have shown me how that is not necessarily a bad thing. my favourite star wars movie
Mini-Review: considering i'd only seen leonardo di caprio in "titanic" and "the man in the iron mask" before this, i was pleasantly surprised to find that the guy can act! both he and tom hanks pull off stellar performances
Mini-Review: magnificent film. it is immensely thought provoking, and left with a great deal more respect for professional wrestling - it truly isn't as easy as it is made to look on TV. whether you're a wrestling fan or not, it's a must-watch.
Mini-Review: i didn't think the franchise could sink any lower than this, until "the world is not enough" was released. but atleast that movie introduced me to sophie marceau!
