Mini-Review: More laughable violence accompanied by hackneyed one liners and a super-thin plot. This film is so ludicrous that it becomes a comedy when it is not supposed to be. Julie Benz cannot live up to the job done by Willem Dafoe in the first film and creates a more one-dimensional, unemotional (but smokin' hot) FBI agent helping the "good" criminals than I ever thought possible in the first film. Still, Clifton Collins Jr has a good turn as Romeo, and adds some necessary spunk to the dialog.
