Mini-Review: I love this movie because it's so dramatic and so real. Acting is also another greatness about it.
Mini-Review: The movie doesn't have much to say about capitalism (this doesn't mean what it saying is unimportant or superficial), even though it's too long. It has fun scenes. It is not eye opening on it's own but it's a beginning of an eye opening.
Mini-Review: It's a decent movie. But there's almost nothing in it that didn't "borrowed" from American comedies.
Mini-Review: Musa Uzunlar has created an interesting character. Because of this, movie is watchable. Though, it's very unoriginal. But, it's kind of important movie, because it represents technical development in Turkish cinema. Unfortunately, this development stucks only at a technical level. Because scenario is a lookalike to Bourne series. We see a lot of them these days, worldwide.
Mini-Review: One of the greatest comedy-dramas I've ever seen. It's a little cliche and all but, with all my honesty I can say I enjoyed it a lot. Derya Alabora, Meral Cetinkaya and Erdem Akakce have given their best performances. Especially Cetinkaya is great.
Mini-Review: They shot this movie in a style of Blair Witch Project. Which is, it seems to be real but it is not. But, there's a lot of confusion because of Milla Jovocih's guarantee of its real. Well I researched it a little, and i reached the conclusion of nothing in this movie is real. So, feeling a little deceived, without this "reality wall", I thought about acting, scenario, and directing. Because it seems like real if you haven't done any research, directing is fine. Though, scenario and acting is not
Mini-Review: Just a lot of slow motion over some rock songs for me. I don't think this is exiting in any way. It's just makes a very very unnecessarily long movie. I think runtime was actually 80 minutes or so, with the slow motions, it has gone up to nearly 120. Don't like these kind of action movies. Never will. Oh, and Christianity bullshit does not justifies main characters' actions. Even though there's some other opinions about the matter on news and stuff. The movie presents their actions as "holy".
Mini-Review: For some reason there's a lot of big names in this movie but if you're expecting there'll be a good show of acting, you're totally mistaken. Because of the poor acting direction of Nimrod Antal (whoever he is) they've given their worst performances in their careers. It's like a bad TV movie actually, no plot, no scenario, no acting. Worst of worst. And the guy in the lead role, he is just need to look for another line of career before it's too late. (Or is it now?)
Mini-Review: The second half is completely uninteresting, the weddings, parties, stupid "indie movie" scenes... I wish it could have succeeded as a whole but no, the ending and the first half is good. The middle is not so hot. By the way, George Clooney is not amazing, he is just like himself. Not one bit of change in his acting like... the begging of his career? I wish people had payed more attention to Anna Kendrick.
Mini-Review: The first movie was an interesting one. It brought back the fear like Blair Witch Project to the cinema. I kinda liked the kids section better. I think the first section was pointless. The second set of characters are a lot more interesting. They could've done much more with them if they wanted.
