Mini-Review: Flawed, and the worst of the defendor/kickass kind of similar movie style but also the funniest of the 3.
Mini-Review: Complex, yet so simple. Watching a child try to deal with rejection, belonging and morality that surrounds that and the people it'd include. In a world he can understand to an extend but not express himself properly.
Mini-Review: Needed a little more depth, but the characters were honest people which I appreciated.
Mini-Review: Very solid, nothing great nothing bad. People still won't understand the concept behind it though.
Mini-Review: Unfocused and assumed we'd be fascinated unraveling what was a very obvious point immediately. Shallow and borderline unlikable characters. One of the most overrated movies of the year.
Mini-Review: Missing a lot of the intrigue and depth of the first movie. Middle movie syndrome.
Mini-Review: Dark, fantastic pacing, well acted roles. I didn't expect to like this nearly as much as I did, but probably in the small handful of movies you can compare to silence of the lambs.
Mini-Review: I can't imagine how this got a 90% on rottentomatoes. The few laughs aren't worth the mediocre everything else.
Mini-Review: Nothing particularly stood out about this movie except the casting was above average. No huge flaws, no awesome moments. They dropped the ball not explaining exactly what all the vampire artifacts were, would have been one of the more interesting parts of the movie.
Mini-Review: I really wanted to like this. Paul Rudd is charming, and each of the actresses are kind of individually ok. The plot is so rushed and intentionally manipulative that it's just hard to keep caring.
