Mini-Review: If you are looking for wit or substance in your comedies, you're not going to find it here. It is composed almost entirely of junior high potty humor (with Galifianakis being the one exception, and the only facet of this film that ever brought me to laughter.)
Mini-Review: It's a fairly simple, almost farcical, story; but it works quite well. As is often the case with Judge, he uses the characters themselves as the vehicle for his message, not only the events around them. There is no shortage of laughs, either. When all is said and done, it is one of my favorite comedies from 2009; and I believe a larger public will come to appreciate it in time.
