| 81 T6 | Seven (1995) - Jul 22, 2010
"Interesting. Typical Brad Pitt movie where his acting is carried by much better actors (Freeman and Spacey). Spacey has the creepy sociopath thing down. You really feel for the characters and their relationships with each other/city life, especially Gweneth Paltrow, who only has a minor part. "
|
| 90 T9 | Moon (2009) - Jul 22, 2010
"Excellent Sci-Fi. Sam Rockwell does a fantastic job and really helps create the depth to the plot needed for the movie to succeed. "
|
| 85 T8 | Life of Brian (1979) - Jul 22, 2010
"Best Monty Python film, as long as you have any understanding of Christianity. "
|
| 88 T9 | Shutter Island (2010) - Jul 22, 2010
"Good movie. The climax is really well explained, you know something is coming but you're not quite sure what it is. The director goes for some cheap scares here and there but overall a good thinking movie that makes a broader point on psychotherapy as a whole."
|
| 92 T10 | Blade Runner (1982) - Jul 22, 2010 |
| 82 T7 | Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles (1994) - Jul 22, 2010 |
| 15 T1 | American Pie (1999) - Jul 22, 2010
"This movie sucks, plain and simple. Nudity is the only thing worth viewing in this film, but then again you have the internet. No need for boredom."
|
| 65 T3 | Punch-Drunk Love (2002) - Jul 22, 2010
"Okay romance, not a lot happens and at the end you feel like you just spent the last 90 minutes watching Adam Sandler try to act, which he is only able to do a little bit. If it isn't physical comedy, yelling, or talking in a really high pitched voice the role just isn't suited to his abilities. You could probably impress some weirdos telling them you've seen it, but afterwards you realize you didn't care to impress them in the first place. "
|
| 75 T4 | Gladiator (2000) - Jul 22, 2010
"Overrated but entertaining nonetheless. Shouldn't have gotten the accolades it received but that is just the state of the academy nowadays. A bit long, but the fight scenes are pretty cool and worth it. Joaquin Phoenix does the best job in the movie you really feel slimy when his character is on screen. "
|
| 85 T8 | The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (2001) - Jul 22, 2010
"This was good but has been over-hyped but fan-boys and die-hards. Set design was fantastic and really holds true to the story. Entertaining movie."
