Oscar Isaac's song - the only good thing about this film. The only actors who had an even remote chemistry between each other were Channing and Rosario. The rest were horribly directed.

Definitely not my favorite movie, but it wasn't horrible either. It just seems like every once in a while Hollywood releases a film with a star studded cast in a movie about an event. Whether it is Valentine's Day, New Years Eve or some other film that people watch just because of the cast and title. This had a great cast in a film about a ten year reunion. It had some real moments in it but it also dragged at times. The ending was great though and saved the movie.

A decent'ish cast, a few moderately interesting characters and plotlines - and one really good one; overall this is an enjoyable enough HS-reunion-film, but bar a few moments maybe not a very memorable one. *Preview*: #13#, exp-3*, story, (reviews), cast, R3.

10 Years is visually unimpressive, but sports a prolific cast of famous actors with a story that was somewhat resonant (at least with me, going into my 30's). Linden doesn't really know what to do with his cast most of the time, filling the film with inane dialogue and alcohol-fuelled mundanity, which while representative is uninteresting. Fortunately, he manages to pull out enough pathos to make the ending work, redeeming his film.

Once I got past the initial bumps and started to get to know all the characters, then it turned out to be a quite enjoyable mainstream drama.

A lot of interesting characters developed here. There were some individual moments that I loved, but mostly an average film until the end. Everything wrapped up in a very emotionally positive light. I enjoyed this, and everyone involved.
