120 Seconds to Get Elected

Quite an apt depiction of a fascist politician trying to win the people over with his populist agenda. His speech is really well-written as it shows in a very condensed manner how an ideology that supposedly is friendly to the people and might appear attractive to the masses can get out of hand and become dangerous. Alexis Martin plays the part perfectly, with his mannerisms, intonation and even his hair at the end mirroring this development, and small doses of on-point humour are also present.

Mildly amusing quickie-parody of political pandering. At least... considering the current state of things... I THINK it was a parody...
