I see a certain spark, but it's not until "Hate Crime" and "To Jennifer" that JCB matures as a filmmaker. "13/13/13" is pretty much everything you'd expect from a low budget zombie apocalypse movie, including many ridiculous lines of dialogue, and abysmal acting from all but the lead Trae Ireland, who is okay.
