Manohar (Madhavan), an upwardly mobile middle class Indian, moves into a new flat - 13B on the 13th floor, with his family consisting of his wife, mother, sister, brother & sister-in-law. From the first day in their new home, the women are hooked on to a new TV show - 'Sab Khairiyat' (All's Well). The show is about a family eerily similar to theirs who have also just moved into a new house. As the TV show unfolds, all the incidents that happen in the show start happening to Manohar & his family.

Not bad...not bad at all. With ideas borrowed from Tobe Hooper's 'Poltergeist' & perhaps from several other sources, Vikram K. Kumar knocked together a pretty gripping story with '13B'. I expected this to be cheesy, but save for one or two instances, it's not.

The descent effort (for an Indy movie) from the production and director, but overall a great plot. A must seen. Keep it as a reference because I'm sure there will be a Hollywood remake at the future.

I was pleasantly surprised by this movie, it turned out to be actually much better than what I had expected. The story is pretty gripping, the acting is below par but the story makes up for it. A decent entertainer over all.

I was quite surprised at this, it's actually pretty good! :-) I love the soap opera they're addicted to and especially the music (Apparently it's called "Everything is fine"), which occasionally I get stuck in my head :-) Well worth it's weight in Popcorn! Tone4.0

Actors play is taken very seriously. Their faces are priceless.

I got tired of waiting the Horror plot to start to develop.
