A World War II drama telling the rare story about the Estonian situation. Definitely one that Estonians will hold near to their heart, and for others it has some solid moments. But compare it to the thousands of war movies that's been made over the years, it's not that remarkable. Main struggle is that it doesn't establish the leads well enough to make one care about the individual parts. The positive is that it tells an down to earth version of the war and the torn situation they were in.
