Even if its scraping the barrel, especially if the DVD version is a VHS mess, a martial arts film like can be interesting in how the fighting, of a solid enough quality, can be different and far more imaginative in its flaws than fight scenes in Western films. Sadly unlike 'Secret Ninja, Roaring Tiger (Injamun salsu)' (1982), this film from the same director has none of that film's insanity or a particularly interesting story, leaving you to smirk at the bad dubbing and little else.
