An average Snipes Movie.

Whenever Wesley Snipes is talking or doing something, the film is pretty decent. Whenever the overacting British actress is talking or doing something the film immediately takes on a distinctly low-budget-made-for-tv feel. Don't watch this film. If you are a Snipes fan you will feel sad when you see what his once illustrious career has been reduced to.

Nothing worth noting, especially in the action department. Other than of course none of the bad guys can shoot an easy to hit running target.

Cheap action. Difficult to get into. Nothing more horribly wrong than a lot of movies.
