A Few Best Men

A fine enough comedy, relatively low on laughs vs comparable US comedies, but not as cringeworthy or stupid as the trailer made it seem. I'll watch Kris Marshall in anything, anyway.

Some funny jokes but they don't make up for the bad plot

I literally can't believe that in 2012 such an unfunny, poorly-written, staggeringly unoriginal script has been granted any kind of production budget whatsoever. I felt insulted throughout its duration, and had to whack on a couple of episodes of Peep Show immediately afterwards just to reassure myself that I hadn't permanently lost the ability to laugh. Those of us who stuck this piece of shit out to the end should be awarded a medal.

Was it because of the British accent, were the jokes and events more funny, I don't know, but I definitely liked it more than The Hangover (the movies are obviously the same).

Mostly not that good.
