One of the better Bugs Bunny shorts with a clever and funny climax.

Very good animation. Decent gags. Antagonists more interesting than expected. Framing device is kind of pointlessly complicated; Bugs has showed up in weirder places than Manhattan without explanation. The punchline is cute but kind of spoiled by the title.

It's all right, but the dog gang are poor characters and get boring pretty quickly.

When Bugs first encounters the dogs, he's tap dancing down the street singing "The Daughter of Rosie O'Grady". As he passes them, he says "Look, I'm dancing!" I find this totally unreasonably funny.
