Beautifully animated, but I never asked to feel empathy for these pests! Now I'm going to have a hard time swatting them when they get into our home.

Interesting little tale from the perspective of a fly. The second half is where it really shines, particularly the ending.

The hand-drawn, point of view animation is top notch, and that's the selling point for the first half. But then it masterfully manages to build tension and empathy as the fly is chased to its death, with the audience accompanying it.

Impeccably-made little hand-drawn animation that does a great job at showing us life from the fly's perspective. Quite disturbing, too.

Excellent POV animation from the time when you had to draw it by hand. Makes a nice sister piece to "Jumping" by Tezuka.

Amazing soundtrack. But seriously: My. God. It's actually really... disgusting/disturbing. Like, just hearing the slapping seeing the fly get frantic through his own eyes and my god, trying to get out the window :( Great animation, as well.

Good film. A unique perspective on something most of us don't really think about.

An inspired and well crafted animated short from the viewpoint of a fly; it makes it difficult to squash them now once you see life from their perspective.
