A Man Betrayed

Strange seeing Edward J. Nugent in an almost adult role. He's always been a Hollywood juvenile. Can't say I was convinced with that babyface. Playing his brother they had Lloyd Hughes, a poor-mans Pat O'Brien. And together they work and build a network to clear Nugent of murder. It's a cool little B-crime drama with a delightful twist at the end. The story is a messy and acting not always great, but it had enough characters and funny moments to be entertaining.
