A Man Called Adam

Stories about talented musicians are often tragic. Adam is a man who succumbs easily to alcohol, bad behavior and violence, but he has the makings of a better person in him. A legendary cast with plenty of epic musicians here. The jazz moods are real and I loved the B&W imagery here. The issues with this movie for me came from the way the story was unfocused. There wasn't really a structure there to keep you invested in the story and Adam feels totally unredeemable at some points.
