I don't know what to make of this. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't really anything else either. It wasn't funny. It wasn't wholesome. It wasn't dramatic. If it was something I guess the word would be forgettable.

A Merry Friggin' Christmas is an odd movie. There are a few sweet moments, several bizarre moments, and nothing that really stands out. It's far from Williams' best performance, but it's not bad. Passable but forgettable.

Williams didn't die for this! Sorry bad taste, but it had to be said. - Williams tearing up when talking about being a bad father and wasting his life on alcohol become really dark after recent events. The movie might have been ok had it chosen to focus solely on Williams and McHale, but every time the camera shoots back to the family nobody cares about I wanna kill myself. Poor choice of words. Why is Lauren Graham even in this movie?! Did the actors even read the script before signing on?
