Watching a hot blonde who is sexually repressed is just a little sad. The smoking hot Lucy Hale cast as an insecure girl was a stretch. The plot is childish but cute and light-hearted. Some of the plot devices were a bit cheesy. The music was good. I enjoyed watching Hale more than I disliked the silly plot, so it was worthwhile.
