A Year and Change

This was pretty bland and generic, a Hallmark style sentimental film about someone trying to better themselves, to turn over a new leaf, yadda yadda. It seemed fairly cliched and didn't really keep my attention much but then I was surprised by a change in plot direction, which occured somewhat suddenly towards the last half hour or so of the film. It is a little thoughtful towards the end so for that its not totally worth dismissing but its not the sort of film I'd recommend as such, no.
